Introduction to Free Motion Quilting

This event takes place on 7th September 2019 from 10:00am to 4:00pm and will take place at Regional Resource Centre, Beamish Museum, County Durham DH9 0RG. It is a Guild event being organised by Region 15E, Ann Diggory: .

Free Motion Quilting or FMQ is fast becoming one of the most exciting elements of quilting and many quilters are keen to take on the challenge of finishing their own quilts using modern FMQ designs. 

?This class will give you the opportunity to learn the basic skills needed to get started on FMQ. During the class you will learn a number of designs which you can practice and expand upon in your own time as well as a number of tips and techniques to help you manage the process better.
