I am 72 years old and live in Washingborough, Lincoln. I started Patchwork and quilting in Borneo while my husband was working with Shell, I was chairman of the arts and crafts and taught P&Q at the Shell club, after 10 years in Borneo we then moved to Oman in the middle east and I became Chairman of the Arts Centre where we had around 30 people who taught a variety of crafts. I enjoyed the busy time and flavour of so many differents crafts. Our tutors all held classes in the centre. We left Oman after 8 years and retired to Lincoln where I was born and where I met my husband who was a graduate engineer at Ruston worked, I was working at St.Georges Hospital.
I joined Sitting ducks in Branston Booths and looking forward to being able to be back with them.
